Thanks for the reply.

I already tested by providing public IP instead of host-name but it was not working. I went to application template --> properties  in SCC and I have manually changed all credentials according to relay server. Then from iOS side I was easily able to sync data.

I have attached the screen shot of the same.

But each time changing the template manually is not the good practice.

So, kindly suggest where could be the issue.. Relay Server, SUP Server or iOS?
