I got the problem & solution too.

Actually during operation cancellation (CO13) the confirmation cancelled but the automatic goods movement has not been done. So the goods reversed from T-code - MB31, 102 Mvt.

& later on it was checked that in COGI the error is pending

As the goods already reversed so i was trying to delete the entries from COGI. but it has been neither delete nor clear due to deficit in stock

Now i cleared the error-

Issued goods from MB31, 101 mvt & cleared the error from COGI as stock is avail.
