Correct. I am aware of them Automatic and Manual cases.
My issue here is that. I have created a custom field in EMMA_CASE table and trying to update the Custom Field at case creation level.
I an making use of BAPI_EMMA_CASE_CREATE and ExtensionsIN parameter to update the custom field with a value and unable to update the same.
Can you please suggest me where I am going wrong or what needs to be done.?
