Planned order created for a Material even stock is available

HI All,

I am an SD consultant, recently i got a opportunity to work with Inventory Management issue.

Issue is "For a material the system is creating Planned orders even the stock is already available. Business says it is creating huge loss to the company due to this duplication of material creation. Please help me in resolving the issue.
