SAP Screen Personas - Setup Silverlight Cross Domain

I'm configuring the Setup Silverlight Cross Domain part.

icm/HTTP/file_access_1 and icm/HTTP/file_access_2 shows errors. Any idea for it as following the guide. I'm using Windows platform therefore I using \. Think is correct.
