Hi Experts,
There is one crucial requirement in my project currently. I am givings details as below.
1. ECC go-live will be before CRM
2. Once the ECC will Go-live all the existing customers from the legacy system will be migrated to ECC.
3. Post ECC Go-live there will new customers coming to the business. For that we have to propose a governance model which would include how the customers will created after all validations ?
4. After CRM will go-live again we have to propose one governance model which is already proposed and accepted. After go-live the customer will be created in CRM based on that governance model.
5. Now we have 2 kinds of business. One is AUTO and other is NON-AUTO. Auto customers will be created and managed in CRM while NON-AUTO will be done in ECC.
My question is what kind of governance model can be proposed to ECC ? As of now we have decided to go for Sales Support (Sales Activity) functionality in ECC. Is this feasible ? Is there any else functionality available in ECC by which the governance model can be achieved. When I talk about governance model it would include customers creation after all validation, any interaction with the customer to be captured, any existing customer data validation maintenance. etc.
If this can be achieved through Sales Activity then how it will be done ?
