I wan to learn how to do that inside Crystal Reports although I will look into using the SQL directly. I have tried many different things with Group Expert and cannot get the result I need. I can get the count into the Details but the report still lists all the roster records instead of just one. I want:
Dick Yates 4
Tom Thumb 2
Jane Eyre 3
What I get is:
