This error also appears to have been reported on the S4 Mini by another customer. After investigation, it was found to be a Samsung issue rather than Afaria specific. This is depicted in the following KBA:

Product Management have logged an issue directly with Samsung and are awaiting feedback.
I would suggest to log a Support Incident so this can be tracked correctly. Please mention reference KBA 2043945 and CPR 54120.
