Hi Experts,
My customer is a trading company. Company has 2 branches in HCMC (headquarters) and Binh Duong. It just has 1 purchasing department for both domestic and import purchasing. Each branch has just 1 stock to store all the products. They have 3 kinds of product: consumer, mobile, electronic product.
So can I create 2 plants( 1 in HCMC, 1 in Binh Duong) and each plant has 3 storage locations, each storage location stores 1 kind of product (Exp: Mobile only)?
How many Purchasing Org should I create? Create 1 only or create 2 purchasing orgs ( 1 in HCMC and 1 in Binh Duong) / (or 1 for Domestic and 1 for Import)?
