I am facing below issues in SAP e-recruitment. Can someone help in providing solution to these issues.
1. In requisitions dashboard, when a requisition is selected and "Assignments" button is hit, the candidates assigned to the requisition are not displayed. The number of candidates assigned to the requisition is display though (See image - SnipImage.JPG). What setting is done to display list of candidates too?
2. An application group is created and URL generated. When this URL is clicked, it asks for user name and PW. External candidates who clicks this URL on company site willl not have user name and PW to enter their profile information. How can this be disabled?
3. Activity type - Request for more information - How do we get the information from the candidate? and how is it saved in the e-recruiting system? Currently all the standard forms and letters are configured in the system and everytime an email is sent to the candidate, it sends a PDF attachment with logon information.
4. How is the offer letter generated? How do the system know whether the candidate has accepted or rejected the offer letter?
5. While accessing the activities, error message - Specified processor is invalid or does not exist - is displayed. The "Processed By" field shows 00000000 PERNR.
6. A process template is created with one activity per process and assigned to a requisition. However, all activities are displayed when the process is executed from the candidate profile. Only those activities selected in the process template should be displayed.
