Dear Mr. Brian,
After a Full db restore with DB6, you may need to do following activities,
1. db2 roll forwarded recovery
2. After restore your database is in Circular Mode. If you want to configure online backup & archive to be created then, configure log archive mode ON.
3. You need to take full offline back in sequence.
