Hi,
what you mean is, one manager (cheif) have subordinate from 3 deferent org-unit. so in this case you can not use standard relationship A012.
what you can do is, I used A002 (reports to S--S) or any customer relationship. but one think you need to consider.. all standard reports or ESS/MSS will work according to A012. you have to modify those to A002. (web dynpro)
