Thanks for your information, below I clarified in detail,
EE keeps his/her quota next months (ex: as you said he/she didn't utilized any quota for continues 6months) in this case yes,he/she can use 9 days quota(1.5*6),
After 6 months, If he/she apply leave more than 9 days, ex : 10.5 days, first 9 days system deduct quota correctly, rest of 1.5 days system not considering, we need this 1.5 days system need to calculate as LOP,
in IT2011 if there is no record stored system considering as Attendance day instead of LOP,
Process:
1. First system checks IT0007 whether it's work day or holiday,
2. If it's work day it checks IT2011, whether record created or not,and will check IT2002,
3. If there is no record created, then system checks Whether Absence minted or not in IT2001,
4. If absence maintained, then it will check whether the applied leaves has equal quotas in IT2006,
in my case while system map IT2001 (10.5 days absence) with IT2006 (only 9 days quota available),
5. so it entitled quota for first 9 days based on IT2006 and
6.rest of 1.5 days there is no record stored in IT2011,IT2002,IT2001 & IT2006 so system default treating this day as attendance day and it not deducted salary for 1.5 days (LOP) in payroll,
