V9 Single Sign On (SSO) losing bindings

Dear community

 

We have been running live on V9 for some time now.  Periodically and without any message or warning, the SSO bindings will disappear and ALL available companies will disappear from the login screen for ALL users.

 

A power user must then select 'change company' on the sign on screen, enter a user ID and password, (since the SSO is no longer valid)  then once in B1, go through each user account and reset the 'Bind with MS Windows Account' (which is now blank) to rebind the account to each user.

 

Then once completed each user can login, confirm network credentials and re-enter the system using the SSO.

 

This must be repeated for each user and in each company.

 

I have seen this happen when we start or stop some services, specifically the integration services, but at random times and without notice this will occur.

 

Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know of a fix or what we can check to stop it?  It is bothersome to say the least.
