From the error " DbSlConnect to 'PR2' as 'sappr2' failed "

It looks like connection to database is not happening. Could you check the following

1) Database is up and running. If not start it using db2start

2) Check connection to database is working using R3trans -d . You need to login with sidadm user to perform this step.
