Hi Don,
Try to follow some points:
1. Take one text object after drop {City} {ST} {Zip} fields into this..definitely space adjusted
2. No need to create any filter.
3. I have one doubt..This report is processed based on what field i.e user giving some input that what i am asking..
4. I hope one subcontractor having one address i.e all the details like street,city,state,zip.
5. Directly insert database fields into the report like {City} {ST} {Zip}..Using any conditions under detail section
